Great lesson David - I’ve been enjoying your videos and learned a heck of a lot, so thank you.
You asked about guitar amps sims - I have an Axe-FX, which I love for live work, but for recording, I really like using S-Gear from Scuffham Amps. Killer tones for less than $100. I was fortunate enough to buy it back when it was about $60.

david, i also use s-gear in my home studio and we strongly recommend that the test might will win a nice surprise.
